Margaret G. McClintic, Senior Instructional Designer

Hi, I'm Margaret! I’m an instructional designer with eight years of experience creating engaging, effective learning experiences for military, educational, and corporate environments. My work is grounded in established Instructional Systems Design methodologies—ADDIE, SAM, the PDSA Cycle, and Backward Planning—and informed by adult learning theories such as Vygotsky’s Social Constructivism, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation, and Mayer’s Principles of Multimedia Design.

I’ve led cross-functional teams and partnered with Subject Matter Experts to build comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and simplify complex technical concepts. Strong project management is central to my approach, and I use tools like Asana, Monday.com, Slack, and MS Teams to guide projects from concept to delivery with clarity and efficiency.

Recognized for clear communication, collaborative leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement, I am committed to continuous improvement and simplifying complex technical training. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, I bring a global perspective and a passion for making learning streamlined and inclusive.
